How quickly will someone get back to me?+

Enquiries submitted before 4pm on a weekday almost always get a reply the same day. Weekend enquiries are answered first thing Monday.

Do I need an NDIS plan to enquire?+

No — plenty of families reach out before their plan is finalised. We can walk you through the funding categories and what to ask for at your planning meeting.

Can I request a specific support worker?+

Absolutely. Once we've matched a few workers to your needs, you decide who's on your roster. If it isn't clicking, tell us — we'll re-match.

What areas do you service?+

Sydney Metro, Illawarra, Hunter and Central Coast for face-to-face supports. Support Coordination runs Australia-wide.
