Our SIL homes are warm, well-run share houses with 24/7 support — not clinical facilities. Housemates matched on personality. Support tuned to your plan. Independence, on your terms.

We match housemates on personality, interests and rhythm — not just a spare room. Home is a feeling.
Skilled support workers are there when needed, invisible when not. Independence has room to grow.
Registered for complex and high intensity supports — from PEG feeds to behaviour support plans.
Your keys. Your kitchen. Your rules on Netflix night. We support the home you build.

We pick homes the way you'd pick your own — light, air, a decent kitchen, a garden if we can, and a neighbourhood that opens doors instead of closing them.
From medication and mealtime management to behaviour support, complex health and personal care — our team is trained, matched and there when you need them.

We know moving is huge. So we make the process gentle, transparent and completely at your pace.
We hear your story, your goals, your non-negotiables and the small things that make somewhere feel like home.
We walk you through available homes and introduce potential housemates — no surprises.
Test the vibe with a trial stay before you commit. Real bed, real dinner, real chat.
We coordinate NDIS, SDA, transport, movers and setup so day one feels calm, not chaotic.
Not sure if SIL is the right fit? We can talk you through the options — SIL, SDA, MTA, in-home supports — and help you or your coordinator decide.
Chat with our teamA relaxed visit — cup of tea, walk-through, meet the team. No pressure, no sales pitch, just an honest look at what home could feel like.
Eligibility, referrals, timelines and what happens next — answered.
SIL is for NDIS participants whose plan includes SIL funding — usually assessed as needing regular support in a shared home. If you're unsure, send us your plan and we'll read it back to you in plain English.
Self-refer, or ask your Support Coordinator, LAC or family member to email intake@accucare.com.au. We reply within one business day with next steps and vacancy info.
Meet-and-greets happen within a week. Once we've matched the vibe with current housemates, move-ins typically land 2–6 weeks later depending on trial stays, funding sign-off and your pace.

Always. We match on lifestyle, routines and personality — never just on a bed being free. You meet housemates and workers before you commit.
