Respite, reimagined

The break should feel as good as the reason for it.

Too many respite stays feel like sleepovers in a waiting room. Ours don't. Every stay is planned like a mini-holiday — with the right housemates, the right activities and the exact level of support you need.

Small housemate groups
3–5 guests per stay, matched on personality and pace.

Whether it's a hard-earned weekend or a longer transition, we've got a respite shape that fits.

STA

STA

Adventure stays

Themed trips: coastal weekends, footy games, music festivals, farm stays and market runs.

STA

Quiet resets

Low-stimulation stays with gentle routines — perfect for participants who need calm, not chaos.

MTA

Medium-term stays (MTA)

14 days to 3 months of homely accommodation between plans, hospital and permanent housing.

STA

Family respite

Planned breaks that give parents, siblings and carers a proper breath — while participants have a blast.

STA

Emergency respite

Same-week bookings when life changes suddenly. Warm bed, calm handover, no scramble.
